ordering for which you can’t an answer here, please contact

Trade Discount Schedule
Quantity 1-4 (20%), 5 or more copies (40%). Note: Orders
cannot be combined for the higher discount.
Ordering
You can order from DecisionBooks by phone, fax, mail or email. Please
include the following information on all orders:
- Your name and phone number
- Your “ship to” address and your “bill to” address (if
different)
- Your Purchase Order number
- The quantity of each title, and each title’s ISBN (if available)
- Please indicate whether you would also like to be notified automatically of
new titles, and to whom the information be send.
